I've ordered takeout from Hot Space Edison several times, and the food has always been consistently delicious. One of my favorite dishes is the fish with the spicy sauce. The fish is always fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce is packed with flavor with just the right amount of heat. Every bite is satisfying, and you can tell that care goes into preparing the food. Even as takeout, the food travels well and arrives fresh and flavorful. The portions are generous, and everything I've tried has been well-seasoned and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and my orders have been accurate and ready on time.

Great location, plenty of parking Very quick service The food was delicious We got the cucumber salad and the eggplant as sides-both were fresh and tasty We got few grilled skewers and grilled squid, all were well seasoned and the meat was nice and juicy We also got the garlic crawfish and a frog leg and pickled veggie crockpot Both were very well seasoned and all veggies were delicious. My only note would be that the frog meat was a bit too chewy,but the seasoning was yum I washed it all down with fresh watermelon juice which was very refreshing

The crawfish is a must try! LIVE crawfish!! Best crawfish in NJNY! Also the frog is tasty too! And the NEW cold dish pork kidney and chicken gizzard is fresh and delicious!!

Highly recommend this place! The grilled fish was absolutely delicious—super tender and full of flavor. The BBQ was also great, everything tasted amazing. Nana provided excellent service and was very attentive, and we even got complimentary drinks. After a long day of driving, this meal really re-energized us. Will definitely choose this place first for future gatherings!

10 Stars for the service 👍👍👍✨️ Amazing services by the crew. Very fast, attentive and friendly too. 👏👏👏 The fish soup broth was not enough, it's kinda hard to scoop off the soup to your bowl, they offered if you want more broth, but then less flavorful after they add with just the base broth without seasoning. Garlic shrimp was the highlight of the dinner. The gave us complementary drinks & desserts💖 Overall was good food, great service and good vibes. When you come here, Please tips the servers 20% or more as they worked really hard.
